Nice Melons

Hey Hey Hey - get your mind out of the gutter! I'm talking about the melons growing in our back yard. For those of you who don't know, or forgot. Our family one night for home evening planted a garden. We totally did it as a - yeah right, whatever, nothing will grown garden by our back fence. Well, it must have been the faith of our girls because we managed to have corn, tomatoes, and now cantaloupe. (The watermelon vine grew, but nothing grew on it - shucky darn). We are excited to see if the cantaloupe tastes any good when it comes off the vine.

WELCOME HOME

Our friends the Walters have been working for over a year to adopt a kiddo from Ethiopia. It's been crazy, and sometimes frustrating for them, but they finally have their little boy Cedrick Wasihun (his Ethiopian name). HURRAY!! He is 5 months old and very cute. He is a little sick, he has chicken pox and a bad cough, but nothing modern medicine can't help. Here are a few of the pictures him at the airport. (Tiffany looks great for 40 hours of travel huh?) He so stinkin cute!!
